The Jiangsu Sanyuan All-Steel Radial TBR Tire Production Base project is invested and constructed with a total investment of 5 billion RMB. The project covers an area of 350 acres and plans to construct a factory building of 250,000 square meters. It adopts advanced process technology in the industry and purchases cutting-edge linear type mixers, high-precision S-type four-roll steel wire curtain calendaring production lines, and automatic forming equipment from Europe, America, and domestic markets. The project focuses on the production of all-steel radial TBR tires.
Once completed, the whole project will have an annual production capacity of 3.2 million sets of high-performance all-steel radial TBR tires achieving approximately 4 billion RMB in annual sales and an estimated tax revenue of 120 million RMB. It will become an advanced production base for TBR tires in China.
